Retail Lead Generator

ARS/Rescue Rooter, a national leader in residential and light commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, is seeking a Retail Lead Generator to engage shoppers in partner retail locations. In this role, you'll initiate friendly conversations, identify homeowners' comfort or repair needs, and capture qualified leads for our service and sales teams. You'll explain our services, schedule in-home consultations, and help meet store and company lead targets. Responsibilities

• Proactively approach retail shoppers to discuss HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service needs
• Explain ARS-Rescue Rooter services and current promotions clearly and professionally
• Qualify potential customers and capture accurate contact and appointment information
• Enter and track leads using company tools or CRM systems
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead-generation and conversion targets
• Partner with field service and sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads
• Represent ARS-Rescue Rooter's brand and safety-first culture in retail locations
• Maintain a clean, professional, and engaging retail display or kiosk
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer engagement skills
• Follow all site-specific and company safety and conduct guidelines
