Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates during Career Day to share opportunities in consumer lending, customer service, and branch operations
• Explain company services, culture, and career paths to prospective hires
• Support basic candidate screening, Q&A, and event check-in/check-out processes
• Collaborate with branch and recruiting staff to route qualified candidates to open roles
• Represent the brand professionally while promoting compliance, integrity, and customer focus
• Collect candidate information and ensure accurate documentation in event tracking tools
• Assist with setup, coordination, and breakdown of the hiring event
• Provide information on training, incentives, and advancement opportunities
