Flatbed Truck Driver

Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) seeks experienced Flatbed Truck Drivers to haul open-deck freight across regional and long-haul lanes. In this 1099 contractor role, you'll safely operate late-model equipment, handle load securement, and ensure on-time, damage-free delivery. Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, tarping and chaining, accurate logs, and adherence to all DOT and FMCSA regulations. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-A flatbed tractor-trailer on regional and OTR routes
• Secure, tarp, and inspect flatbed loads to prevent damage and ensure DOT compliance
• Complete accurate pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain electronic logs and documentation per FMCSA regulations
• Communicate with dispatch for load assignments, scheduling, and updates
• Plan routes to meet delivery windows while managing hours-of-service limits
• Follow company safety policies and participate in ongoing safety training
• Provide professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations
