Residential Sales Representative

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks a Residential Sales Representative to drive in-home sales of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. You'll respond to company-generated leads, conduct comfort and system assessments, present options, and close sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Partner closely with technicians, follow up on opportunities, and accurately use CRM tools to track activity. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Respond to company-generated leads and follow up on open opportunities
• Assess customer needs and present tailored repair and replacement options
• Prepare accurate proposals and close sales to meet or exceed targets
• Use CRM tools to document visits, quotes, and customer interactions
• Partner with technicians to turn service calls into sales opportunities
• Educate customers on system performance, safety, and maintenance options
• Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge
• Adhere to ARS/Rescue Rooter safety policies and procedures
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
