HVAC Technician

ARS/Rescue Rooter seeks an HVAC Technician for residential and light commercial service with a 4-day work week. In this field role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems, perform seasonal tune-ups, and install replacement equipment to code. You'll use modern diagnostic tools, follow strict safety standards, and provide clear, professional communication to customers. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine seasonal tune-ups and preventative maintenance
• Install and replace HVAC equipment to code and manufacturer standards
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot system performance issues
• Communicate findings, options, and recommendations to customers clearly
• Complete work orders, forms, and documentation accurately and on time
• Follow safety protocols and company policies on every job site
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to meet daily schedules
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in good working order
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on HVAC technologies
