Residential Comfort Consultant

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Residential Comfort Consultant to drive in-home sales of HVAC replacement and comfort solutions. In this role, you'll perform needs-based assessments, educate homeowners on system options, and present tailored proposals that balance comfort, efficiency, and budget. You'll follow up on company-provided leads, build trust through clear communication, and close sales while meeting performance goals. You'll partner with technicians and installers to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction, while benefiting from training, support, and strong earning potential in a safety-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC and comfort needs
• Educate homeowners on system options, efficiency, and financing
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes
• Close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets
• Follow up on company-generated leads and referrals
• Coordinate with technicians and installers for smooth project delivery
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/sales systems
• Adhere to safety and code requirements on every visit
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training
• Represent ARS-Rescue Rooter with professionalism and integrity
