Flatbed Truck Driver

Anderson Trucking Service is hiring experienced Flatbed Truck Drivers to haul freight across regional and OTR lanes as 1099 contractors. Operate late-model equipment, safely secure and tarp flatbed loads, and comply with all DOT/FMCSA regulations. Plan efficient routes, complete electronic logs, and perform pre/post-trip inspections. Work with dispatch and customers professionally while maintaining ATS's high safety and service standards. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-A flatbed tractor-trailer on regional and OTR routes
• Secure, tarp, and inspect flatbed loads per company and DOT standards
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic equipment checks
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and required DOT/FMCSA documentation
• Follow all safety policies, traffic laws, and company procedures
• Coordinate with dispatch, customers, and shippers/receivers professionally
• Plan routes and schedules to meet on-time pickup and delivery requirements
• Report maintenance issues, incidents, and load concerns promptly
