Retail Appointment Setter

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking a Retail Appointment Setter to connect customers with our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. In this customer-facing role, you'll engage shoppers and homeowners, qualify their needs, and book service appointments for our technicians. You'll use scripts, promotions, and basic system knowledge to create interest and schedule visits, accurately capturing details in our systems. Responsibilities

• Engage retail customers and homeowners to generate interest in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Qualify leads and schedule service appointments for ARS/Rescue Rooter technicians
• Use scripts and product information to explain service options and promotions
• Accurately enter and update customer and appointment details in CRM or scheduling tools
• Partner with field and call-center teams to confirm availability and reduce no-shows
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly goals for outreach, leads, and booked appointments
• Educate customers on maintenance plans and basic system benefits
• Uphold company safety, integrity, and customer-service standards in every interaction
