Vacuum Sales Service Representative

Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC seeks a Vacuum Sales Service Representative to grow and service customers needing vacuum collection and environmental cleaning solutions. In this field-based role, you will prospect and manage a territory, conduct on-site visits, and present compliant, safety-focused service options. You will coordinate and support vacuum service operations, ensure adherence to environmental regulations, and maintain detailed documentation. The ideal candidate combines strong sales ability, mechanical aptitude, safe work habits, and a commitment to customer service and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and manage a sales territory for vacuum and environmental services
• Conduct on-site customer visits, assessments, and service demonstrations
• Operate and coordinate vacuum service equipment in accordance with safety standards
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and service agreements
• Ensure compliance with environmental and hazardous waste regulations
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, services, and customer interactions
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to schedule and complete service work
• Provide basic troubleshooting and maintenance guidance to customers
• Meet or exceed sales and service performance targets
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
