Co Manager

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Co Manager to help lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a high-energy retail environment. You'll partner with the Store Manager to execute merchandising, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure operational excellence. You will coach and develop beauty advisors, foster an inclusive, guest-obsessed culture, and maintain brand and visual standards. This role offers strong visibility, hands-on leadership opportunities and a clear path for growth within a rapidly expanding national beauty retailer.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and achieving sales targets
• Coach, train and motivate associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Oversee visual merchandising, brand standards and promotional execution
• Manage scheduling, payroll awareness and labor efficiency within guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment and shrink control practices
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards and loss prevention procedures
• Resolve guest issues and service escalations promptly and professionally
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding and performance feedback for store associates
• Analyze sales reports to identify trends and implement action plans
• Promote Ulta Beauty culture focused on inclusion, learning and career growth
