Services District Educator

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Services District Educator to elevate service excellence across district stores. In this field-based role, you'll train and coach Beauty Advisors, stylists and service teams on products, guest experience and operational standards. You'll lead in-store education, model artistry and service techniques, support new service launches and partner with leaders to drive sales and loyalty goals. You'll analyze performance, identify skill gaps and deliver impactful training plans that reflect Ulta Beauty's inclusive, guest-obsessed culture and commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach store service teams on products, services and guest experience standards
• Deliver in-store and district-level education sessions and workshops
• Support new service and product launches through targeted training
• Partner with store and district leaders to drive service sales and loyalty metrics
• Evaluate service performance data to identify gaps and training needs
• Create and adapt training plans and materials for diverse learner groups
• Model artistry, skincare and haircare techniques to elevate service execution
• Ensure consistency with Ulta Beauty brand standards and operational processes
• Mentor high-potential talent and support clear service career paths
