Services District Educator

As a Services District Educator at Ulta Beauty, you'll champion service excellence across a multi-store district. You will deliver engaging, hands-on education for salon and brow services, coach beauty and service teams on guest experience, and ensure consistent adoption of Ulta Beauty standards. Partnering closely with district and store leaders, you'll assess performance, identify skill gaps, and tailor training plans that drive sales, guest loyalty and service quality. You will model inclusive, guest-obsessed behaviors while introducing new services, supporting launches and reinforcing operational and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual education on salon and beauty services across assigned stores
• Coach and mentor stylists and beauty service teams to elevate guest experience and service quality
• Partner with district and store leaders to assess training needs and prioritize initiatives
• Implement Ulta Beauty standards, policies and safety procedures in all service areas
• Support new service introductions, brand launches and promotions with targeted training
• Analyze service and sales performance metrics to refine training focus
• Model inclusive, guest-obsessed behaviors and drive a culture of continuous learning
• Maintain training schedules, documentation and feedback to track progress and impact
