Panther Premium Logistics seeks Lease Purchase Team Truck Drivers to haul time-critical, high-value, and temperature-sensitive freight across North America. As independent contractors, you'll operate late-model equipment on over-the-road team routes, supported by 24/7 dispatch and advanced technology. Responsibilities include safe, on-time delivery, strict FMCSA compliance, accurate ELD logging, and thorough vehicle inspections. Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A tractor-trailer as a team on long-haul, over-the-road routes
• Safely transport time-critical, high-value and temperature-sensitive freight
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation using ELDs per FMCSA regulations
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic equipment checks
• Coordinate with dispatch and 24/7 operations for on-time pickup and delivery
• Adhere to all safety, compliance, and customer service standards
• Support Panther's customer-first culture through professional communication
