Lot Technician

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Lot Technician for our Hopkins Chrysler Jeep Dodge location. In this role, you'll ensure our vehicle lots are clean, organized, and customer-ready by parking, moving, and staging new and used inventory. You'll assist sales and service teams with vehicle retrieval, basic visual inspections, and maintaining a safe, orderly display. Working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, you'll embody Walser's values of integrity, teamwork, and customer-first service while gaining hands-on experience in modern automotive retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Park, organize, and move new and used vehicles on the lot and in storage
• Perform basic visual inspections for damage, cleanliness, and lot readiness
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented vehicle display areas
• Assist with vehicle staging for test drives, deliveries, and service appointments
• Support sales and service teams with vehicle retrieval and placement
• Monitor inventory locations and update tags or parking as directed
• Perform light snow, debris, and lot clean-up duties as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership operating standards
