Front Load Driver

Waste Connections is hiring a Front Load CDL Driver to provide safe, reliable commercial waste collection and transport. In this on-site role, you will operate front load trucks on established routes, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, following DOT and company safety standards, and ensuring accurate, timely service. You'll interact professionally with customers, document loads, report maintenance needs, and support environmental stewardship. Responsibilities

• Operate front load CDL truck on assigned commercial waste collection routes
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required logs
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies and procedures
• Collect, load, and transport non-hazardous waste to designated facilities
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch regarding route issues or delays
• Document loads, route completions, and any incidents or service exceptions
• Report equipment and maintenance needs promptly to supervisors or shop personnel
• Maintain clean, safe vehicle and work practices to support environmental stewardship
• Assist teammates and adapt to route or schedule changes as needed
• Participate in required safety meetings and ongoing training for skill and career growth
