3rd Shift CDL Driver

Waste Connections is hiring a 3rd Shift CDL Driver to safely operate collection or transport trucks for non-hazardous waste and recycling services. In this role, you'll run night routes, complete pre/post-trip inspections, follow DOT and company safety standards, and ensure timely, courteous service to residential, commercial, or industrial customers. You'll document routes and loads, communicate with dispatch, and support environmental stewardship in the communities we serve. Responsibilities

• Operate CDL truck safely on 3rd shift routes for waste and recycling collection or transport
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies and procedures
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules while meeting service time windows
• Load, secure, and unload waste or recyclable materials as required
• Maintain accurate logs, tickets, and route documentation
• Communicate with dispatch and supervisors regarding route status and issues
• Provide professional, courteous service to residential, commercial, and industrial customers
• Follow environmental and disposal regulations for non-hazardous materials
• Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training

Required Skills

• CDL Class A or B driving
