Reconditioning Center Lot Technician

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Reconditioning Center Lot Technician to support our high-volume, negotiation-free retail environment. In this role, you'll safely move, park, and stage vehicles across our lot and reconditioning center, ensuring cars are organized, clean, and ready for customers and internal teams. You'll inspect vehicles for obvious damage, follow clear safety and traffic procedures, and help keep work areas clean and efficient. Working closely with technicians and detailers, you'll be part of a supportive, team-focused culture with training, advancement opportunities, and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles safely around the reconditioning center and lot
• Inspect vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and readiness
• Maintain clean, organized parking and work areas
• Support technicians and detailers with vehicle staging
• Follow safety procedures and traffic guidelines on-site
• Use basic software or checklists to track vehicle status
• Assist with inventory checks and lot organization
• Report any vehicle issues or safety hazards promptly
