Roll Off Truck Driver

Waste Connections is seeking a Roll Off Truck Driver to safely operate and maintain roll-off trucks servicing residential, commercial, and industrial customers. You will transport waste and recyclables to approved facilities, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and ensure compliance with DOT, company, and environmental standards. Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll-off trucks to pick up, transport, and deliver waste and recycling containers
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
• Follow all DOT, company, and environmental regulations and safety procedures
• Secure loads and operate hoists and tarping systems correctly
• Maintain accurate route, service, and disposal documentation
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and site personnel
• Navigate routes efficiently while meeting service schedules
• Assist with keeping truck and equipment clean and in good working order
• Report hazards, incidents, and near-misses promptly
• Support team operations and contribute to a strong safety culture
