Lot Manager

Walser Automotive Group is hiring a Nissan Burnsville Lot Manager to lead day-to-day vehicle lot operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment. This role oversees vehicle placement, inventory tagging, and lot organization to ensure every car is clean, accessible, and customer ready. You'll coordinate vehicle check-in, staging, and delivery, maintain a safe, orderly lot, and support sales and service teams with timely vehicle movement. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, clear communication, and a commitment to Walser's values of integrity, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Nissan Burnsville vehicle lot
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date vehicle placement and inventory tagging
• Coordinate vehicle check-in, staging, cleaning, and delivery readiness
• Inspect lot for safety, cleanliness, and professional presentation
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to prioritize vehicle movement
• Monitor keys, plates, and documents to maintain tight control and security
• Assist with lot layouts, merchandising, and promotional display setup
• Support customer experience by ensuring easy vehicle access and test-drive readiness
• Lead and train lot attendants or porters on processes and safety procedures
• Communicate status updates and issues to management with transparency
