Lot Technician

Walser Automotive Group is hiring a Lot Technician for our Burnsville Mazda dealership. In this on-site role, you'll keep our vehicle inventory organized, clean, and customer-ready. Responsibilities include moving and parking vehicles, maintaining lot appearance, tagging and inspecting incoming units, and supporting sales and service teams with vehicle location and staging. You'll follow safety and process standards while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities

• Move, park, and stage vehicles to support sales and service operations
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe vehicle lot and display areas
• Inspect incoming vehicles for damage and proper documentation
• Ensure inventory is correctly tagged, fueled, and photo-ready
• Assist with vehicle transport, test drive staging, and customer pick-up
• Support sales and service teams with vehicle location and coordination
• Monitor lot traffic patterns and maintain clear parking flow
• Follow all safety, security, and dealership process guidelines
