Service Runner

Walser Automotive Group in Hopkins is seeking a Service Runner to support our busy Chrysler Jeep Dodge service department. In this entry-level role, you'll move and park vehicles, assist with customer check-in, and help keep the service drive clean, safe, and efficient. You'll work closely with advisors and technicians to maintain smooth vehicle flow while delivering friendly, professional service. Responsibilities

• Safely move customer vehicles to and from service bays and parking areas
• Greet customers and assist with vehicle check-in and check-out
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking lot
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle staging and flow
• Perform basic inspections such as fuel level and visual damage checks
• Install protective covers and ensure vehicles are ready for service
• Support shuttle, pick-up, or valet needs as directed
• Follow all safety, dealership, and manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate clearly with team members to prioritize vehicles
• Provide courteous, professional customer service at all times
