Service Runner

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Service Runner for our Honda Burnsville location. In this entry-level role, you'll keep our fast-paced service department running smoothly by safely moving vehicles, staging them for technicians, and maintaining an organized, clean lot and service drive. You'll support advisors and technicians, assist with light deliveries, and provide friendly help to customers during drop-off and pickup. Responsibilities

• Safely move customer and inventory vehicles around the service drive, lot, and shop
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle staging and workflow
• Perform basic cleaning of vehicles and maintain a tidy service drive and customer areas
• Monitor parking lot organization and ensure vehicles are properly tagged and parked
• Support parts and service teams with light deliveries or pick-ups as needed
• Greet and assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pickup when directed
• Perform basic inspections such as checking fuel levels and documenting vehicle condition
• Follow all safety, security, and dealership policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with the service team to prioritize vehicle movement
• Assist with snow removal or lot maintenance tasks as needed
