Lead Residential HVAC Installer

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to oversee high-quality installation of heating and cooling systems in single-family homes. In this field-based role, you will lead crews, install and start up equipment and ductwork, ensure code and safety compliance, and deliver a great customer experience. You'll diagnose installation issues, mentor junior installers, and coordinate with dispatch and sales. Responsibilities

• Lead installation of residential HVAC systems, equipment, and ductwork
• Ensure all work meets code, safety, and manufacturer specifications
• Diagnose installation issues and perform corrective actions
• Train and mentor junior installers and helpers on best practices
• Communicate with customers, explain work performed, and answer questions
• Coordinate with dispatch and sales to schedule and complete jobs efficiently
• Complete required documentation, forms, and job close-out reports
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and work areas in safe, clean condition
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA standards on every job
• Support start-up, testing, and system commissioning to ensure performance
