Lake Country Toyota Social Media Specialist

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Social Media Specialist for our Lake Country Toyota store. In this role, you will own daily social content creation, posting, and community engagement across key platforms to grow brand awareness and drive traffic to sales and service. You'll produce engaging photo, video, and written content, monitor comments and messages, and collaborate with sales and service teams on campaigns and events. Ideal candidates bring strong writing, basic design and video skills, data awareness, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced retail auto environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content across major platforms for Lake Country Toyota
• Create engaging photo, video, and written content aligned with brand standards
• Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and escalate customer issues
• Track and report on social performance, engagement, and lead generation
• Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams on campaigns and promotions
• Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement
• Stay current on social media trends, tools, and platform best practices
• Support on-site events and capture content at the dealership
• Maintain consistent brand voice and uphold Walser's customer-first values
