Ready Mix Driver

Knife River is seeking a Ready Mix Driver to safely deliver concrete to construction sites in the Bismarck area. In this role, you will operate ready-mix trucks, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensure accurate loading, mixing, and discharge of concrete. You'll work closely with dispatch and site crews, follow DOT and company safety standards, complete delivery paperwork, and perform basic truck cleaning and maintenance while supporting critical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to job sites
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections per DOT and company standards
• Safely load, transport, and discharge concrete to specified locations
• Communicate with dispatch and site crews for efficient deliveries
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic regulations
• Complete required delivery, load, and inspection documentation
• Maintain cleanliness of truck drum, chutes, and cab
• Report mechanical issues and support basic truck maintenance
