Parking Guest Attendant

The Parking Spot, a leader in near airport parking, is hiring a Parking Guest Attendant to deliver friendly, efficient service to travelers. In this customer facing role, you'll greet guests, assist with parking and luggage, process payments, and provide clear directions to shuttles and airport terminals. You'll help maintain a safe, organized lot, perform basic facility checks, and communicate with shuttle drivers and teammates by radio. This position is ideal for dependable, safety minded professionals who enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and creating a smooth, stress free start to each guest's trip.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous, professional customer service
• Guide vehicles to available parking spaces and manage lot flow
• Assist guests with luggage and directions to shuttles and terminals
• Operate payment systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
• Monitor lot and facility for safety, cleanliness, and security issues
• Communicate with shuttle drivers and teammates via radio or phone
• Provide information on rates, policies, and promotional offers
• Report incidents, vehicle issues, or safety concerns to management
• Follow company procedures for vehicle tracking and ticketing
• Support teammates to ensure efficient, on time shuttle operations
