Reconditioning Center Final Product Technician

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a Reconditioning Center Final Product Technician to ensure every vehicle leaving our retail reconditioning center is safe, clean, and ready for sale. In this full-time, on-site role, you will inspect incoming vehicles, perform cleaning, detailing, and light cosmetic reconditioning, and verify final quality standards before vehicles move to photography or the sales lot. You'll document work in our systems, follow strict safety and quality processes, and coordinate with service and sales teams to meet production timelines. Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming vehicles for cosmetic and minor mechanical issues
• Perform cleaning, detailing, and light reconditioning work
• Document work performed and update repair/recon status in systems
• Follow safety and quality control procedures for all vehicles
• Collaborate with technicians, service, and sales teams to meet deadlines
• Move and stage vehicles for photography and lot display
• Use basic diagnostic and detailing tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in the recon center
• Follow Walser's one-price and customer-first standards in all work
• Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills
