Lot Attendant

The Parking Spot, a leader in near-airport parking, is seeking a Lot Attendant to support our Transportation & Logistics team. In this customer-facing role, you will guide guests to available parking, assist with luggage, keep the lot clean and safe, and coordinate with shuttle drivers to ensure timely airport transfers. You will handle basic cashier or ticketing functions, conduct vehicle and lot inspections, and report maintenance or safety issues. This role is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented team players who enjoy working outdoors and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
• Direct vehicles to appropriate parking spaces and manage lot flow
• Assist customers with luggage loading and unloading
• Coordinate with shuttle drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
• Conduct routine lot and vehicle checks for safety and cleanliness
• Operate handheld or gate systems for tickets and payments
• Report maintenance, safety, and security issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parking environment
• Follow all company policies, traffic, and safety procedures
• Support team members and communicate effectively with supervisors
