Residential HVAC Service Tech

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks a Residential HVAC Service Tech to deliver expert diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for residential customers. You'll service furnaces, AC units, and heat pumps, perform tune-ups, and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. Using your technical skills and EPA certification, you'll identify issues, present solutions, and complete quality repairs on-site. You'll document work clearly, follow safety and code requirements, and provide a customer-first experience. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and system tune-ups to manufacturer and company standards.
• Explain findings, repair options, and maintenance recommendations clearly to homeowners.
• Prepare accurate invoices, service tickets, and documentation for each job.
• Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company policies on every service call.
• Operate company vehicle, tools, and equipment responsibly and maintain them in good condition.
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to manage daily call load efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training to maintain and improve skills.
