HVAC Troubleshooting Technician

Will Fix It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical is seeking an HVAC Troubleshooting Technician to serve residential customers in San Antonio. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC system issues in customers' homes
• Perform repairs, replacements, and routine maintenance on heating and cooling equipment

• Explain findings, options, and pricing clearly to homeowners
• Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service software
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, professional work areas
• Coordinate with dispatch and team members to manage daily service schedule
