Lead HVAC Installer

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installs for a national, safety-first service provider. In this role, you'll lead crews on full system changeouts, ductwork, and start-ups, ensuring high-quality, code-compliant installations and outstanding customer service. You'll interpret plans, coordinate materials, and mentor helpers while maintaining strict safety standards. Responsibilities

• Lead and complete residential and light commercial HVAC system installations and replacements.
• Supervise and mentor install helpers, assigning tasks and checking quality of work.
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and work orders to determine material and labor needs.
• Install ductwork, line sets, wiring, and controls per code and manufacturer specs.
• Start up, test, and commission HVAC systems, verifying performance and airflow.
• Ensure strict adherence to ARS/Rescue Rooter safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with customers, explaining work performed and options.
• Coordinate with dispatch and management to meet project timelines and productivity goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installs, materials used, and jobsite conditions.
• Care for company tools, vehicles, and materials, ensuring clean, organized jobsites.
