Truck Driver

GTS Interior Supply is seeking a reliable Truck Driver to deliver drywall, steel framing, insulation, and related materials to contractors across the region. In this hands-on role, you'll safely operate commercial trucks, load and secure products, and perform pre/post-trip inspections while following all DOT and company safety standards. You'll work closely with dispatch and warehouse teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, providing professional, customer-focused service at every stop. Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks to deliver building materials to job sites and customer locations
• Load, secure, and unload drywall, steel, insulation, and related products following safety standards
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Follow DOT regulations and GTS safety policies at all times
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, warehouse teams, and customers
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and basic electronic paperwork
• Assist warehouse team with staging and organizing material for deliveries as needed
• Represent GTS with reliable, on-time deliveries and courteous customer service

Required Skills

• Commercial truck driving (CDL Class A or B)
• Safe loading and securing of building materials
• Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance checks
• Operating forklifts, boom trucks, or flatbeds
• Use of electronic logs and delivery documentation tools
• Route planning and time management
• Knowledge of drywall, steel framing, and insulation products
• Customer service and communication
• Adherence to safety and PPE procedures
