Attic Insulation Installer

Will Fix It Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical is seeking an Attic Insulation Installer to support our residential customers in San Antonio. In this field-based role, you'll remove old insulation, prep attics, and install blown-in or batt insulation to improve comfort and energy efficiency. You'll follow strict safety and PPE standards, use insulation blowers and hand tools, protect customer property, and leave each home clean. Working closely with our plumbing, HVAC, and electrical teams, you'll receive ongoing training, steady work, and the support of a customer-first, team-oriented service company committed to quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, and upgrade attic insulation in residential homes
• Inspect attics for existing conditions, moisture, and ventilation issues
• Prepare work areas, protect customer property, and clean up after jobs
• Operate insulation blowers, hand tools, and safety equipment correctly
• Follow all company, OSHA, and safety standards, including PPE use
• Communicate clearly with customers and team about work performed
• Load, unload, and secure materials, tools, and equipment on company vehicles
• Document work performed and report issues to supervisors promptly
• Collaborate with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical teams as needed
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training programs
