Responsibilities
- Analyze key account sales performance, pricing, and profitability to identify growth opportunities in the packaging segment.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasts to support Sales & Business Development decision-making.
- Partner with account managers to prepare data-driven proposals, presentations, and customer business reviews.
- Monitor customer buying trends, product mix, and churn risk; recommend actions to improve retention and share of wallet.
- Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and finance to align sales strategies with inventory, promotions, and margin goals.
- Support territory planning, pipeline analysis, and target-setting for strategic accounts.
- Standardize and document reporting processes and KPIs for key accounts.
- Leverage CRM and ERP data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Continuously refine analytical methods, leveraging advanced Excel and BI tools.
