Responsibilities

• Rotate through underwriting, claims, and risk management teams to learn core insurance operations
• Support financial and risk analysis for client portfolios under supervision
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders
• Conduct market and customer research to support product and pricing decisions
• Work with cross-functional teams on sustainability and risk-related projects
• Use data and analytical tools to identify trends and support decision-making
• Participate in training, workshops, and exams toward a bachelor's degree
• Collaborate with global colleagues and contribute to a customer-centric culture
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and regulatory standards
• Continuously improve through feedback, coaching, and performance reviews
