HVAC Installer

ARS/Rescue Rooter seeks an experienced HVAC Installer to join our residential and light commercial team in Memphis. In this role, you'll install and start up heating and cooling systems, ductwork, and controls, ensuring safe, code-compliant, and high-quality work. You'll diagnose installation issues, perform system testing, and clearly explain operation to customers. Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including equipment, ductwork, and controls
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and commissioning to manufacturer and company standards
• Diagnose and correct installation-related issues and ensure code compliance
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work site
• Interact professionally with customers, explaining work performed and system operation
• Collaborate with installers and service technicians to complete projects on time
• Document work performed, materials used, and system readings accurately
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training provided by ARS/Rescue Rooter
