Experienced HVAC Service Tech

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks an Experienced HVAC Service Tech to deliver expert residential and light commercial heating and cooling service. In this field-based role, you'll diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform tune-ups and preventive maintenance, and clearly communicate solutions to customers. You'll work within a safety-first, integrity-driven culture, supported by ongoing technical training, performance recognition, and clear advancement paths into leadership within our nationwide service network.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine inspections, tune-ups, and preventive maintenance
• Explain findings, options, and recommendations to customers clearly
• Ensure all work meets safety, code, and company quality standards
• Complete service tickets, documentation, and inventory usage accurately
• Operate company vehicle, tools, and equipment safely and responsibly
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency and after-hours service
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to meet customer commitments
