Executive Center Director

The Learning Experience Corp seeks an Executive Center Director to lead daily operations of a high-quality early education and childcare center. This role oversees staff, safety, enrollment growth, and financial performance while ensuring curriculum fidelity and exceptional family experience. The Director recruits, coaches, and evaluates teachers, maintains licensing and regulatory compliance, manages budgets, and drives community partnerships. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership in early childhood or education services, a passion for child development, and the ability to build an inclusive, collaborative culture aligned with TLE's mission.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the early learning center to ensure a safe, nurturing, and educational environment.
• Lead, coach, schedule, and evaluate teaching and support staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local childcare licensing and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.
• Manage center budget, tuition, and financial performance, driving enrollment growth and retention.
• Partner with families through regular communication, conferences, and resolution of concerns to support each child's development.
• Support implementation of The Learning Experience's proprietary curriculum and quality standards in all classrooms.
• Maintain health, safety, and security protocols, including emergency preparedness and incident reporting.
• Build community partnerships and represent the center at local events to enhance brand awareness and enrollment.
• Use data and KPIs to monitor center performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development for center staff.
