Center Director

The Learning Experience Corp seeks a Center Director to lead operations at our early education center. You will oversee staff, curriculum delivery, and regulatory compliance while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children six weeks to six years. Responsibilities include family engagement, enrollment growth, budgeting, and performance management. You will cultivate a collaborative, child-first culture, support teacher development, and partner with families and the community to deliver high-quality preschool and childcare programs aligned with our innovative curriculum and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the early education and childcare center
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety regulations
• Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance of center staff
• Implement and monitor proprietary curriculum and quality standards
• Drive enrollment growth and manage family tours and onboarding
• Build strong relationships with families and address concerns promptly
• Develop and manage center budget, billing, and financial performance
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and child-first culture
• Coordinate with corporate and franchise leadership on initiatives and reporting
• Lead continuous improvement in program quality, staff development, and family experience
