Licensed Service Plumber

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Licensed Service Plumber to provide residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and installations. In this field-based role, you'll troubleshoot leaks, clogs, water heaters, and fixtures, complete code-compliant repairs, and clearly explain solutions and pricing to homeowners. You'll represent a national, safety-first leader offering year-round work, strong training, and growth into leadership. Work independently from a company vehicle, follow all safety and plumbing codes, maintain accurate paperwork, and deliver excellent customer service on every call.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture failures
• Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, and piping to code
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections in customer homes
• Explain findings, options, and pricing to customers and secure approvals
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and ARS/Rescue Rooter quality standards
• Maintain accurate job documentation, invoices, and service records
• Operate and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicle safely
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in ongoing training
• Promote additional services and solutions aligned with customer needs
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to meet daily service goals
