Senior HVAC Service Tech

ARS-Rescue Rooter seeks a Senior HVAC Service Tech to deliver expert residential and light commercial HVAC diagnostics, repair, and maintenance. In this field-based role, you'll troubleshoot complex heating and cooling issues, perform tune-ups and safety checks, and clearly explain solutions to customers. You'll uphold ARS's safety-first, customer-focused standards, complete accurate service documentation, and help mentor junior techs. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
• Perform preventive maintenance, system tune-ups, and safety checks to manufacturer and company standards.
• Communicate findings, repair options, and estimates clearly to customers and ensure high satisfaction.
• Install or replace components such as motors, compressors, coils, and controls as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, code, and ARS/Rescue Rooter quality standards.
• Complete service tickets, documentation, and inventory usage accurately and on time.
• Mentor junior technicians, supporting training and skill development in the field.
• Operate company vehicle, tools, and equipment safely and maintain them in good condition.
