HVAC Service Technician

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to provide residential and light commercial service across the Memphis area. In this field-based role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems, perform tune-ups, and recommend solutions that prioritize safety, comfort, and efficiency. You'll use your technical expertise to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, communicate clearly with customers, and document all work performed. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections
• Install replacement parts and equipment per code and manufacturer specs
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC components safely
• Communicate findings, options, and pricing to customers clearly
• Complete service tickets, documentation, and recommendations accurately
• Follow ARS/Rescue Rooter safety policies and industry regulations
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in good condition
• Collaborate with dispatch and teammates to meet service schedules
• Provide high-quality, courteous customer service on every call
