Lead HVAC Install Tech

ARS/Rescue Rooter seeks a Lead HVAC Install Tech to run residential and light commercial installation projects. You'll install and start up furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ductwork, ensuring code compliance, safety, and top-quality workmanship. Lead and mentor install helpers, coordinate materials, and communicate clearly with homeowners. Responsibilities

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC system installations from start to finish
• Install and commission furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork to code
• Supervise and mentor install apprentices and helpers on the jobsite
• Ensure all work meets ARS/Rescue Rooter quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Interpret blueprints, specs, and work orders to plan daily installation tasks
• Communicate professionally with customers, explaining work performed and system operation
• Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse to ensure materials, tools, and equipment are ready
• Complete required documentation, checklists, and close-out paperwork accurately
• Identify additional system or safety issues and make recommendations to customers
• Support training initiatives and promote a safety-first, team-oriented culture
