HVAC Lead Installer

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installations. In this field-based role, you'll lead crews installing, connecting, and commissioning furnaces, air conditioners, and duct systems while upholding ARS's safety-first, customer-focused standards. You'll interpret plans, ensure code compliance, mentor helpers, and communicate clearly with homeowners. Responsibilities

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Install, connect, and start up furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Ensure all work meets code, manufacturer specifications, and ARS quality standards
• Train, guide, and oversee installers and helpers on job sites
• Perform system testing, charging, and commissioning for optimal performance
• Communicate with customers on scope of work, progress, and system operation
• Maintain a safe, organized jobsite and enforce ARS safety procedures
• Complete required documentation, permits, and reports accurately and on time
• Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and warehouse to ensure job readiness
• Inspect existing systems and recommend repairs or upgrades as needed
