Healthcare Sales Representative

ChenMed is seeking a Healthcare Sales Representative to grow membership at its senior-focused, value-based primary care centers. In this field-based role, you will educate Medicare-eligible seniors and community partners on ChenMed's high-touch care model, build and manage a robust pipeline, and drive patient enrollment through outreach, events, and one-on-one consultations. You'll collaborate closely with clinical and marketing teams, uphold Medicare and regulatory guidelines, and represent ChenMed's mission to improve health outcomes for vulnerable seniors.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of senior-focused healthcare prospects for Chen
• Med centers
• Educate Medicare-eligible seniors and caregivers on Chen
• Med's value-based primary care model
• Conduct community outreach, events, and presentations to drive patient enrollment
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and marketing to align sales activity with clinical goals
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly patient acquisition and conversion targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
• Ensure all sales practices comply with Medicare and regulatory guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective patients and community partners
• Gather market feedback to inform outreach strategies and growth opportunities
• Represent Chen
