Market Growth Consultant

ChenMed is seeking a Market Growth Consultant to drive strategic expansion of our value-based primary care model for seniors with complex chronic conditions. In this role, you will analyze healthcare markets, identify growth opportunities, and develop data-driven plans to increase patient enrollment and open new centers. You will build strong relationships with community organizations, payers, and referral partners while collaborating closely with clinical and operations leaders. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market growth strategies to expand Chen
• Med's footprint in target communities
• Analyze local healthcare markets, demographics, and referral patterns to identify opportunities for senior-focused primary care centers
• Build and manage relationships with community partners, payers, and referral sources to drive patient growth
• Collaborate with clinical and operations leaders to align growth plans with value-based care model and center capacity
• Track, report, and optimize performance against growth, outreach, and patient acquisition goals
• Support community engagement events and education initiatives to raise awareness of Chen
