Outside Sales Healthcare

ChenMed is seeking an Outside Sales Healthcare professional to grow our senior patient base for our value-based primary care centers. In this field-focused role, you'll build relationships with community partners, providers, and seniors to generate qualified leads and guide them into ChenMed's care model. You'll educate prospects on our coordinated, high-touch approach, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with center teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience. Ideal candidates bring strong outside sales skills, knowledge of healthcare or Medicare, and a passion for serving underserved seniors.

Responsibilities

• Generate new Medicare-eligible senior patient volume through community and referral outreach
• Build and manage relationships with providers, community organizations, and senior-focused partners
• Educate prospects and caregivers on Chen
• Med's value-based primary care model and services
• Conduct field visits, events, and presentations to drive qualified leads to Chen
• Med centers
• Manage leads through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to enrollment support
• Collaborate with clinical and center teams to ensure a smooth handoff and excellent patient experience
• Track pipeline activities and results using CRM tools and reporting
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly volume and conversion targets
• Represent Chen
• Med's mission and values in the community with professionalism and empathy
• Continuously research local market dynamics and competitor offerings to refine outreach strategies
