Healthcare Outside Sales Consultant

ChenMed is seeking a Healthcare Outside Sales Consultant to drive growth of our senior-focused, value-based primary care centers. You will build relationships with community partners, engage Medicare-eligible seniors, and educate them on ChenMed's coordinated care model. Responsibilities include prospecting, community outreach events, pipeline management, and closing new patient enrollments. You will collaborate with clinical and operations teams, meet activity and enrollment targets, and represent our mission to improve outcomes for underserved seniors.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify Medicare-eligible seniors through field outreach and referrals
• Build and manage relationships with community partners and senior organizations
• Plan and execute community events and educational sessions about Chen
• Med services
• Conduct needs-based sales consultations and guide seniors through enrollment
• Manage and track leads, activities, and outcomes in CRM tools
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and activity targets
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new patients
• Maintain strong understanding of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Chen
• Med's care model
• Provide ongoing market feedback to marketing and leadership teams
• Represent Chen
• Med professionally and ethically in the community
