Healthcare Outside Sales

ChenMed is seeking a Healthcare Outside Sales professional to drive growth for our senior-focused, value-based primary care centers. In this role, you will build relationships with Medicare-eligible seniors, community partners, and referral sources to educate them on ChenMed's high-touch, coordinated care model. You will plan and execute outreach events, manage a local territory, and guide prospective patients through enrollment. Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and represent ChenMed's mission, values, and commitment to underserved seniors in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive patient growth for Chen
• Med centers
• Identify, qualify, and convert Medicare-eligible seniors through community and field outreach
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, brokers, and referral partners
• Plan and host educational events and presentations about Chen
• Med's care model
• Manage a sales pipeline, track activities in CRM, and report on results
• Partner with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient onboarding process
• Educate prospects on Medicare options and Chen
• Med's value-based care approach
• Represent Chen
• Med's mission and values in the community and with partners
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and activity goals
• Continuously gather market feedback to refine outreach strategies
