Associate Market Sales Manager

ChenMed is seeking an Associate Market Sales Manager to drive membership growth for our senior-focused primary care centers. In this field-based role, you will lead local sales and outreach efforts, build relationships with community partners and Medicare beneficiaries, and support a small team of field sales reps. You will design and execute compliant Medicare-focused sales strategies, track performance metrics, and collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams. • Develop and execute local sales and outreach strategies to meet volume and quality targets
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, brokers, and Medicare beneficiaries
• Lead, coach, and support a small team of field sales representatives
• Track performance metrics, pipeline activity, and conversion rates; report results to leadership
• Ensure compliant Medicare and healthcare sales practices in all outreach and enrollment activities
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to align growth with care quality goals
